General Information

Welcome to the 2021-22 School year! 
If your son/daughter plans on playing a sport at Riverview for the upcoming school year they will need to have an updated IHSAA Sports Physical on file with the school along with a Concussion / Sudden Cardiac Arrest form filled out. Both forms can be found on our athletic website under “Athletic Forms.”  All student athletes must have a physical on file and must be dated April 1, 2021 or after.

Athletic Info - Spanish

General information:

  1. Health and safety
  2. Student athletes will be required to wash their practice clothing on a daily basis.
  3. Student athletes are encouraged to shower immediately at home after practices/competitions.
  4. Student athletes must bring their own water bottles (1 gallon jug recommended). A water bottle will not be provided and sharing will be strictly forbidden.
  5. Students who choose to participate in the virtual learning option will not be permitted to participate in extracurricular activities.

Please make sure that you read the “Student Athlete Handbook” carefully.  This document provides information about the Code of Conduct of Athletes and various policies for participation in HCCSC Athletics. 

Activity bus: After School Yellowhound (Practice Bus)

  1. Students must sign up prior to riding the Activity Bus. No same day transportation.
